Reset your laptop!! (System Recovery)

So I got a laptop for Christmas but it was locked from the previous user and I couldn't log in but I figured out how to erase all the previous content so it can be set to a first user status. Here's the steps...

1. Restart the computer and as soon as the computer starts press F11
2. Next select the System Recovery option
3. It will then give you the option to save your content onto a disc or flash drive or you can completely erase everything
4. Once you have selected that option the computer will erase everything it will take about 25 minutes
5. Finally you're done!
